Silent Hill f Denied Age Rating in Australia Due to Violating Community Standards (Updated)

Unexpectedly, Silent Hill f was denied an age rating in Australia. The game was not classified due to excessively violent content. Update: The Australian Classification Board later confirmed that the disclaimer had been removed from the game's page as it was in error.
The mark was found on the official website of the Australian Classification Board. As stated in the explanation, the refusal means the presence of content that "is outside generally-accepted community standards and exceeds what can be included in the R 18+ and X 18+ ratings."
This is not the only game of Silent Hill that faced problems with classification in Australia. For example, Silent Hill: Homecoming was also denied an age restriction until the developers released a censored version. Then the commission was confused by scenes with drilling body parts.
By the way, Silent Hill f recently received a rating from the ESRB with rather creepy details of the gameplay. Konami also warned players that some scenes may cause discomfort. Let us remind you that the game is being developed by NeoBards Entertainment for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5 without a release date.
